Adhyaya 88 — The Manifestation of the Matrikas and the Slaying of Raktabija
मुखे समुद्गता येऽस्य रक्तपातान्महासुराः ।
तांश्चखादाथ चामुण्डा पपौ तस्य च शोणितम् ॥
mukhe samudgatā ye 'sya raktapātān mahāsurāḥ | tāṃś cakhādātha cāmuṇḍā papau tasya ca śoṇitam ||
அவனுடைய விழும் இரத்தத்திலிருந்து தோன்றிய மாபெரும் அசுரர்களைச் சாமுண்டா விழுங்கினாள்; மேலும் அவனுடைய இரத்தத்தையும் அவள் அருந்தினாள்.
