ततः पराजिता देवाः पद्मयोनिं प्रजापतिम् ।

पुरस्कृत्य गतास्तत्र यत्रेश-गरुडध्वजौ ॥

tataḥ parājitā devāḥ padmayoniṃ prajāpatim | puraskṛtya gatās tatra yatreśa-garuḍadhvajau ||

Translation

அப்போது தோல்வியுற்ற தேவர்கள், தாமரைப் பிறப்பான பிரஜாபதி (பிரம்மா) யை முன்னணியாக வைத்து, ஈசன் (சிவன்) மற்றும் கருடக் கொடியுடையவன் (விஷ்ணு) இருக்கும் இடத்திற்குச் சென்றனர்.
