मार्कण्डेय उवाच इत्युक्तः स तु सम्भारानशेषानवनिपतिः । आनिनाय चकारेष्टिं स च तां द्विजसत्तमः ॥
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca ity uktaḥ sa tu sambhārān aśeṣān avanipatiḥ / ānināya cakāreṣṭiṃ sa ca tāṃ dvijasattamaḥ
மார்கண்டேயர் கூறினார்—இவ்வாறு சொல்லப்பட்டதும் அரசன் தேவையான அனைத்துப் பொருட்களையும் கொண்டு வந்தான். பின்னர் அந்தச் சிறந்த இருபிறப்பன் அந்த இஷ்டி (யாகவிதி)யை நிறைவேற்றினான்।
