पपात मेरुपृष्ठे च सा चतुर्धा ततो ययौ ।
मेरुकूटतटान्तेभ्यो निपतन्ती ववर्तिता ॥
papāta merupṛṣṭhe ca sā caturdhā tato yayau /
merukūṭataṭāntebhyo nipatantī vavartitā
அவள் மேரு மலையின் முதுகில் விழுந்தாள்; பின்னர் நான்கு ஓடைகளாகப் பாய்ந்தாள். மேருவின் சிகரங்களின் மற்றும் சரிவுகளின் விளிம்புகளிலிருந்து விழும்போது, அவள் தனித்தனிப் பாதைகளாகத் திருப்பப்பட்டாள்।
