ब्राह्मणक्षत्रियविशां शूद्राणां च स्वकर्मतः ।
परिच्युतानां या चेष्टा परलोकार्थमीप्सताम् ॥
brāhmaṇa-kṣatriya-viśāṃ śūdrāṇāṃ ca svakarmataḥ | paricyutānāṃ yā ceṣṭā paralokārtham īpsatām ||
தம் தம் ஸ்வதர்மத்திலிருந்து வழுவிய பிராமணர், க்ஷத்திரியர், வைசியர், சூத்ரர்—பரலோகப் பயனை விரும்பி எத்தகைய முயற்சி செய்தாலும்—அவை அனைத்தும் தவறான வழியிலான முயற்சியே।
