अथेन्द्रियाणि चाक्रम्य रागक्रोधादिभिर्नरान् ।
योजयन्ति यथा हानिं यान्त्यधर्मादिभिर्द्विज ॥
athendriyāṇi cākramya rāgakrodhādibhir narān | yojayanti yathā hāniṃ yānty adharmādibhir dvija ||
பின்னர் அவர்கள் புலன்களை அடக்கி, ஆசை, கோபம் முதலியவற்றால் மனிதர்களை இழுத்துச் செல்கிறார்கள்; அதனால் அவர்கள் அழிவை அடைகிறார்கள்—அதர்மமும் அதனுடன் சேர்ந்த தீமைகளிலும், ஓ இருபிறப்பினருள் சிறந்தவரே।
