Adhyaya 48 — The Emanation of Beings from Brahma: Night, Day, Twilight, and the Orders of Creation
जज्ञिरे पिबतो वाचं गन्धर्वास्तेन ते स्मृताः ।
अष्टास्वेतासु सृष्टासु देवयोनिषु स प्रभुः ॥
jajñire pibato vācaṃ gandharvās tena te smṛtāḥ | aṣṭāsv etāsu sṛṣṭāsu devayoniṣu sa prabhuḥ ||
அவர் வாக்கை ‘பருகியதுபோல்’ ஆனபோது அவர்கள் பிறந்தனர்; ஆகவே அவர்கள் ‘கந்தர்வர்கள்’ என நினைவுகூரப்படுகின்றனர். இந்த எட்டு தெய்வீக யோனிகள் (வரிசைகள்) படைக்கப்பட்டபின், பகவான் முறையாகத் தொடர்ந்து செயல்பட்டார்.
