सोऽपि तस्य पिता तद्वत् क्रमेण सुमहामतिः ।
वानप्रस्थं समास्थाय चतुर्थाश्रममभ्यगात् ॥
so 'pi tasya pitā tadvat krameṇa sumahā-matiḥ /
vānaprasthaṃ samāsthāya caturthāśramam abhyagāt
அவனுடைய தந்தையும் அதேபோல் முறையாக—மிகுந்த அறிவுடையவராக—வானப்ரஸ்த ஆசிரமத்தில் நுழைந்து, பின்னர் நான்காம் ஆசிரமமான சந்நியாசத்தை அடைந்தார்।
