Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
आपिबेयुस्तथा वायुं पिबेद्योगी जितश्रमः ।
प्राङ्नाभ्यां हृदये चात्र तृतीये च तथोरसि ॥
āpibeyus tathā vāyuṃ pibed yogī jitaśramaḥ / prāṅ-nābhyāṃ hṛdaye cātra tṛtīye ca tathorasi //
அவ்வாறே யோகி சோர்வை வென்று பிராணனை ‘பானம்’ செய்ய வேண்டும். அதை முன்-நாபிப் பகுதியில், இதயத்தில், இங்கு மூன்றாம் இடத்தில், மேலும் மார்புப் பகுதியில் நிலைநிறுத்த வேண்டும்.
