Sacred persons and sacred fire are to be treated with dignity; acts that degrade them are adharma. Modesty in bathing and sleeping is framed as a marker of self-respect and social-ritual order.
Ācāra/dharma instruction; not pañcalakṣaṇa.
Agni is the mouth of the gods in ritual imagination; polluting it is symbolically an offense against divine reception. Nudity here is not metaphysical ‘freedom’ but a sign of unguardedness; dharma favors containment and decorum.
