Adhyaya 32 — Rules for Parvana Śrāddha: Foods that Please the Ancestors and Items to Avoid
नग्नाः पातकिनश्चैव हन्युर्दृष्ट्या पितृक्रियाम् ।
अपुमानपविद्धश्च कुक्कुटो ग्रामशूकरः ॥
nagnāḥ pātakinaś caiva hanyur dṛṣṭyā pitṛ-kriyām / apumāna-paviddhaś ca kukkuṭo grāma-śūkaraḥ
நிர்வாணரும் பாவியும், பார்வையாலேயே பித்ருகர்மத்தை மாசுபடுத்துவர். மேலும் சேவல், ஊர்ப்பன்றி, மற்றும் ‘அபுமான-பவித்த’ (கண்டிக்கத்தக்க/அசுத்த) மனிதன்—இவர்களும் விலக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
