Adhyaya 31 — Naimittika and Related Śrāddha Rites: Sapiṇḍīkaraṇa, Eligibility, Timing, and Procedure
ये वादग्धाः कुले बालाः क्रियायोग्या ह्यसंस्कृताः ।
विपन्नास्तेऽन्नविकिरसंमार्जनजलाशिनः ॥
ye vādagdhāḥ kule bālāḥ kriyāyogyā hy asaṃskṛtāḥ / vipannās te 'nnavikira-sammārjana-jalāśinaḥ
மேலும் குலத்தில் காலமுமுன் இறந்த குழந்தைகள்—சம்ஸ்காரங்களுக்கு தகுதியாயிருந்தும் சம்ஸ்காரமின்றி இருந்தவர்கள்—அந்த பிரேதர்கள் சிதறிய அன்னத்தைத் துடைத்து சுத்தம் செய்யப் பயன்படுத்திய நீரால் திருப்தி அடைகின்றனர்।
