एवं सहस्रमुत्तीर्णो योजनानां विमुच्यते ।
ततो 'न्यं पापशुद्ध्यर्थं तादृङ्निरयमृच्छति ॥
evaṃ sahasramuttīrṇo yojanānāṃ vimucyate | tato 'nyaṃ pāpaśuddhyarthaṃ tādṛṅnirayamṛcchati ||
இவ்வாறு ஆயிரம் யோஜனங்கள் கடந்து அவன் அந்த வேதனையிலிருந்து விடுபடுகிறான். பின்னர் பிற பாவங்களின் சுத்திக்காக அதே போன்ற மற்றொரு நரகத்திற்குச் செல்கிறான்.
