जनस्य सम्प्रहृष्टस्य नलं दृष्टवा तथा55गतम् । राजा नलने उस पूजाको विधिपूर्वक स्वीकार करके अपनी ओरसे भी श्वशुरका सेवा- सत्कार किया। तदनन्तर विदर्भनगरमें राजा नलको इस प्रकार आया देख हर्षोल्लासमें भरी हुई जनताका महान् आनन्दजनित कोलाहल होने लगा
janasya samprahṛṣṭasya nalaṃ dṛṣṭvā tathāgatam |
மக்கள் நலன் இவ்வாறு வந்ததைப் பார்த்ததும் பேருவகையால் நிறைந்தனர்; விதர்ப நகரில் மகிழ்ச்சியால் எழுந்த பெரும் ஆரவாரம் பரவியது. நலன் தமக்குக் காட்டப்பட்ட மரியாதையை முறையாக ஏற்று, தன் பங்காகவும் தர்மத்திற்கேற்ப மாமனாருக்கு உரிய சேவை-விருந்தோம்பலால் மரியாதை செய்தான்.
