त्वयि वत्से पराश्चवस्य ब्राह्मणस्याभिराधनम् | तन्मे वाक्यममि थ्या त्वं कर्तुमहसि कहिचित्,“बेटी! तुमपर भरोसा करके ही मैंने इन तेजस्वी ब्राह्मणकी आराधना स्वीकार की है; अतः तुम मेरी बात कभी मिथ्या न होने दोगी, ऐसी आशा है
tvayi vatse parāśvasyā brāhmaṇasyābhirādhanam | tan me vākyam amithyā tvaṁ kartum arhasi karhi cit ||
“மகளே! உன்னை நம்பித்தான் இந்த ஒளிமிக்க பிராமணருக்கு மரியாதை செய்து சேவை செய்யும் பொறுப்பை நான் ஏற்றேன்; ஆகவே என் சொல் ஒருபோதும் பொய்யாகாதபடி நீ பார்த்துக்கொள்.”
