ततोड<ग्निं तत्र संज्वाल्य द्विजास्ते सर्व एव हि । उपासांचक्रिरे पार्थ द्युमत्सेने महीपतिम्,युधिष्ठि!! तदनन्तर सभी ब्राह्मण वहाँ आग जलाकर राजा च्ुमत्सेनके पास बैठ गये
tato 'gnim tatra saṃjvālya dvijāste sarva eva hi | upāsāṃ cakrire pārtha dyumatsenam mahīpatim ||
அப்போது அங்கே தீயை ஏற்றி, அந்த இருபிறப்பினர் (பிராமணர்) அனைவரும் அருகில் அமர்ந்தனர். ஓ பார்த்தா! தர்மத்திற்கேற்ப, துன்புற்றும் முதுமையுற்றும் இருந்த மன்னன் த்யுமத்சேனனின் அருகில் இருந்து மரியாதையுடன் சேவை செய்தனர்.
