धृतराष्ट्रस्य क्रतु-प्रवर्तनम् तथा पाण्डवानां निमन्त्रण-प्रतिवचनम्

भूय एवाभ्यवर्तन्त शतशो5थ सहस्रश:ः । गन्धर्वभूता पृथिवी क्षणेन समपद्यत
bhūya evābhyavartanta śataśo 'tha sahasraśaḥ | gandharvabhūtā pṛthivī kṣaṇena samapadyata ||
அவர்கள் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் திரும்பி வந்தனர்—நூறுகளாகவும் பின்னர் ஆயிரங்களாகவும்; ஒரு கணத்தில் பூமி கந்தர்வர்களால் நிரம்பி, கந்தர்வமயமாகிவிட்டதுபோல் தோன்றியது.
