आहारेणाथ भक्ष्यैश्न भोज्यै: सुमधुरैस्तथा । उच्छिष्ट भाविता भर्तुर्भुड्धक्ते नित्यं युधिष्ठिर

Transliteration

āhāreṇātha bhakṣyaiś ca bhojyaiḥ sumadhurais tathā | ucchiṣṭa-bhāvitā bhartur bhṛtya-bhakte nityaṁ yudhiṣṭhira ||

Translation

யுதிஷ்டிரா! இனிய பலகாரங்களும் சமைத்த உணவுகளும் கொண்டு அவள் வாழ்ந்தாள்; ஆனால் அவை அனைத்தும் கணவர் உண்ட பின் மீந்த உச்சிஷ்டமே—அதையே தினமும் தன் பங்கென ஏற்றாள்.
