युधिछिर उवाच
This line is a colophon marking the end of a chapter; it does not add new doctrinal content, but frames the preceding material as Yudhiṣṭhira’s discourse within the Udyoga Parvan, emphasizing the text’s careful organization and attribution of teachings to specific speakers.
The narration pauses to formally close the chapter: it identifies the larger book (Udyoga Parvan), the internal section (Sañjayāyana), and notes that the chapter associated with Yudhiṣṭhira’s words has concluded.
