ततोअश्रान्ते रथे तिष्ठन् राम: प्रहरतां वर: । ववर्ष शरजालानि मयि मेघ इवाचले
tato 'śrānte rathe tiṣṭhan rāmaḥ praharatāṁ varaḥ | vavarṣa śarajālāni mayi megha ivācale ||
அதன்பின் போர்வீரர்களில் தலைசிறந்த ராமன் (பரசுராமன்), சோர்வறியாத தேரில் நின்று, என்மேல் அம்புகளின் வலைபோல் பொழிந்தான்—மலைமேல் மேகம் மழை பொழிவதுபோல்।
