पित्रयमंशं महाबाहो निमग्नं पुनरुद्धर । साम्ना भेदेन दानेन दण्डेनाथ नयेन वा
pitṛyam aṁśaṁ mahābāho nimagnaṁ punar uddhara | sāmnā bhedena dānena daṇḍenātha nayena vā ||
வாயு கூறினார்—மகாபாகுவே! உன் பித்ரார்ஜிதப் பங்கு பகைவர்களின் கையில் விழுந்து அழிந்தது. சாமம், பேதம், தானம், தண்டம் அல்லது ஏதொரு நயத்தாலும் அதை மீண்டும் மீட்டெடு.
