वाचके परितुष्टे तु शुभा प्रीतिरनुत्तमा । ब्राह्मणेषु तु तुष्टेषु प्रसन्ना: सर्वदेवता:
vācake parituṣṭe tu śubhā prītir anuttamā | brāhmaṇeṣu tu tuṣṭeṣu prasannāḥ sarvadevatāḥ ||
கதாவாசகர் திருப்தியடைந்தால், மிகச் சிறந்ததும் மங்களகரமானதும் ஆன அன்பு-மகிழ்ச்சி எழுகிறது. பிராமணர்கள் மகிழ்ந்தால், கேட்பவர்மீது எல்லாத் தேவர்களும் அருள்புரிவர்.
