Dialogue and the Resolve to Practice Uñchavrata
बहूनां पुरुषाणां च यथैका योनिरुच्यते । तथा त॑ पुरुष विश्व व्याख्यास्थामि गुणाधिकम्
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
bahūnāṃ puruṣāṇāṃ ca yathaikā yonir ucyate |
tathā taṃ puruṣaṃ viśva vyākhyāsthāmi guṇādhikam ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—பல புருஷர்களுக்குப் ‘ஒரே யோனி’ (உற்பத்தி-மூலம்) என்று சொல்லப்படுவது போல, நான் உமக்கு குணங்களில் மேலான, எங்கும் நிறைந்த ‘விச்வ-புருஷன்’ (விச்வாத்மா) பற்றி விளக்குவேன்; அவனே அனைத்தின் ஆதிமூலம் என்று கூறப்படுகிறான்.
