अध्याय २८१ — दानधर्मः, न्यायागतधनम्, ऋणत्रय-परिशोधनं च
Dāna ethics, lawful wealth, and settling obligations
इयमिन्द्रादनुप्राप्ता ब्रह्म॒ुवध्या वराड़ना: । चतुर्थमस्या भागांशं॑ मयोक्ता: सम्प्रतीच्छत
iyam indrād anuprāptā brahmavadhyā varāḍanāḥ | caturtham asyā bhāgāṁśaṁ mayoktāḥ sampratīcchata ||
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—“அழகியோரே! இந்தப் பிரம்மஹத்தி இந்திரனிடமிருந்து வந்தது. ஆகவே நான் கூறியபடி இப்போது இதன் நான்கில் ஒரு பங்கை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.”
