Adhyātma-krama: Indriya–Manas–Buddhi–Ātman Hierarchy and Citta-Prasāda (आध्यात्मक्रमः)

यच्चेदं प्रभव: स्थान भूतानां संयमो यम: । स्वभावेनैव वर्तन्ते द्वन्द्रसृष्टानि भूरिश:

yaccedaṃ prabhavaḥ sthānaṃ bhūtānāṃ saṃyamo yamaḥ | svabhāvenaiva vartante dvandrasṛṣṭāni bhūriśaḥ ||

வியாசர் கூறினார்—‘காலம்’ எனும் தத்துவமே உயிர்களின் தோற்றமும் தங்குமிடமும்; அதுவே அவர்களை அடக்கும் கட்டுப்பாடும் ஆளுமையும் (யமம்) ஆகும். அதனுள் இரட்டையெதிர்மைகளால் உருவான எண்ணற்ற உயிர்கள் தத்தம் இயல்பின்படியே இயங்குகின்றன.
