Adhyāya 174: Karma as an inescapable companion (कर्मानुगमन-उपदेश)
इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत आपद्धर्मपर्वमें कृतघ्नका उपाख्यानविषयक एक सौ बहत्तरवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti prakāraḥ śrī-mahābhārate śānti-parvaṇi antargate āpaddharma-parvaṇi kṛtaghnopākhyāna-viṣayaka eka-śata-dvā-saptatitamaḥ adhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ
இவ்வாறு ஸ்ரீமஹாபாரதத்தின் சாந்திபர்வத்தில் அடங்கிய ஆபத்தர்மபர்வத்தில், கృతக்ஞன் (நன்றியறியாதவன்) பற்றிய உபாக்யானத்தைச் சொல்லும் நூற்று எழுபத்திரண்டாம் அத்தியாயம் நிறைவுற்றது.
