Adhyāya 174: Karma as an inescapable companion (कर्मानुगमन-उपदेश)
ब्रह्मा चैनं महात्मानमातिथ्येनाभ्यपूजयत् । तदनन्तर बकराज यथोचित रीतिसे ब्रह्माजीकी सभामें गया और ब्रह्माजीने उस महात्माका आतिथ्य-सत्कार किया
brahmā cainaṁ mahātmānam ātithyenābhyapūjayat |
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்— “பிரம்மா, விருந்தோம்பல் தர்மத்தின்படி அந்த மகாத்மாவை மரியாதையுடன் வரவேற்றார். பின்னர் பகராஜன் முறையாக பிரம்மசபைக்கு சென்றபோது, பிரம்மா அவனைத் தக்க முறையில் உபசரித்து கௌரவித்தார்.”
