Gaṇānāṃ Vṛttiḥ — On the Sustenance and Cohesion of Assemblies
Gaṇa-nīti
चारमन्त्रविधानेषु कोशसंनिचयेषु च । नित्ययुक्ता महाबाहो वर्धन्ते सर्वती गणा:
cāramantravidhāneṣu kośasaṃnicayeṣu ca | nityayuktā mahābāho vardhante sarvatī gaṇāḥ ||
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்— மகாபாகு யுதிஷ்டிரா! கணராஜ்யத்தின் குடிமக்கள் உளவுப் பணி மற்றும் தூதுப் பணி, அரசின் நலனுக்கான ரகசிய ஆலோசனை, சட்ட/விதி அமைத்தல், மேலும் கருவூலம் சேர்த்தல் ஆகியவற்றில் எப்போதும் ஈடுபட்டிருப்பர்; ஆகவே அவர்கள் எல்லாத் திசைகளிலும் செழிப்படைவார்.
