एवं कुर्यान्नरो यो हि स वै संजय पूजित: । “संजय! जो अपने तेजसे तप रहा हो
evaṁ kuryān naro yo hi sa vai saṁjaya pūjitaḥ |
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—சஞ்சயா! இவ்வாறு நடப்பவனே உண்மையில் போற்றப்படுவான். பகைவன் வீரத்தால் ஜ்வலித்து, அரசலட்சுமியின் அருளால் விளங்கி, தன் உறவினர்-உதவியாளர்களின் நடுவே நின்றிருக்கையில், விதிப்படி அவனை எதிர்கொள்ள வல்லவன் தான் மெய்வீரன். இறந்தவனைத் தாக்குவதில் பெருமை எங்கே?
