पातयामास कौरव्यं रथोपस्थादरिंदम: । फिर हँसते-हँसते उन शत्रुदमन वीरने कुरुवंशी जयत्सेनको नाराचसे घायल करके उसे रथकी बैठकसे नीचे गिरा दिया

Transliteration

pātayāmāsa kauravyaṁ rathopasthād ariṁdamaḥ |

Translation

சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—பகைஅடக்கி வீரன் கௌரவரை ரதத்தின் ஆசனத்திலிருந்து கீழே வீழ்த்தினான்; சிரித்தபடியே நாராசங்களால் ஜயத்சேனனை காயப்படுத்தி ரதாசனத்திலிருந்து தரையில் தள்ளிவீழ்த்தினான்।
