शल्यस्य पाण्डवसेनापीडनम् — Śalya’s Assault on the Pāṇḍava Host

with Omens and Bhīma’s Counter

ततः कपिध्वजो राजन्‌ हत्वा संशप्तकान्‌ रणे । अभ्यद्रवत तां सेनां कौरवीं पाण्डुनन्दन:,नरेश्वर! तदनन्तर पाण्डुनन्दन कपिध्वज अर्जुनने भी संशप्तकोंका संहार करके रणभूमिमें उस कौरवसेनापर आक्रमण किया

tataḥ kapidhvajo rājan hatvā saṁśaptakān raṇe | abhyadravat tāṁ senāṁ kauravīṁ pāṇḍunandanaḥ ||

பின்னர், அரசே! போர்க்களத்தில் ஸம்ஷப்தகர்களை வென்று அழித்த கபித்வஜன், பாண்டுவின் மகன் அர்ஜுனன், அந்தக் கௌரவர் படையின்மேல் பாய்ந்து சென்றான்।
