Renewed Summons to the Dice-Game and Exile Wager
प्रातिकाम्युवाच सभ्यास्त्वमी राजपुत्र्याह्दयन्ति मन्ये प्राप्त: संक्षय: कौरवाणाम् । न वै समृद्धि पालयते लघीयान् यस्त्वां सभां नेष्यति राजपुत्रि,प्रातिकामीने कहा--राजकुमारी! वे (दुर्योधन आदि) सभासद् तुम्हें सभामें ही बुला रहे हैं। मुझे तो ऐसा जान पड़ता है, अब कौरवोंके विनाशका समय आ गया है। जो (दुर्योधन) इतना गिर गया है कि तुम्हें सभामें बुलानेका साहस करता है, वह कभी अपने धन-वैभवकी रक्षा नहीं कर सकता
Prātikāmy uvāca: sabhyās tvām ī rājaputry āhvayanti manye prāptaḥ saṅkṣayaḥ Kauravāṇām. Na vai samṛddhiṁ pālayate laghīyān yas tvāṁ sabhāṁ neṣyati rājaputri.
பிரதிகாமி கூறினான்—“அரசகுமாரி! சபையிலுள்ளோர் உன்னைச் சபைக்குள்ளேயே கொண்டு வரச் சொல்கிறார்கள். எனக்குத் தோன்றுகிறது—கௌரவர்களின் அழிவுக் காலம் வந்துவிட்டது. உன்னைச் சபைக்குள் இழுத்துவரத் துணியும் அளவுக்கு தாழ்ந்தவன், அரசகுமாரி, தன் செல்வச் சிறப்பை ஒருபோதும் காக்க முடியாது.”
