त्वरितो$भिपतत्यस्मांस्त्यक्त्वा सैन्यान्यसंशयम्‌ | त्वं कर्ण प्रतियाहोनं नास्त्यन्यो हि धनुर्धर:

Transliteration

tvarito 'bhipataty asmāṁs tyaktvā sainyāny asaṁśayam | tvaṁ karṇa pratiyāho naṁ nāsty anyo hi dhanurdharaḥ ||

Translation

ஐயமில்லை—அவன் மற்ற படைப்பிரிவுகளை விட்டுவிட்டு மிகுந்த அவசரத்துடன் நம்மீது பாய்ந்து வருகின்றான். ஆகவே, கர்ணா, நீ முன்னே சென்று போரில் அவனை எதிர்கொள்; உன்னைத் தவிர இதற்கு ஏற்ற வில்லவன் வேறு இல்லை.
