कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
बभाषे च तदा स्थाणुमारोहेति सुरोत्तम: | तत्पश्चात् वायुके समान तीव्रगतिवाले उन घोड़ोंको उठाकर सुरश्रेष्ठ भगवान् ब्रह्माने महादेवजीसे कहा--'अब आप रथपर आरूढ़ होइये'
babhāṣe ca tadā sthāṇum āroheti surottamaḥ | tatpaścāt vāyukesamānān tīvragativataḥ aśvān utthāpya suraśreṣṭho bhagavān brahmā mahādevam uvāca—“idānīṃ tvaṃ ratham āroha” ||
அப்போது தேவர்களில் முதன்மையான பிரம்மா கூறினார்— “ஓ ஸ்தாணு (சிவா), ரதத்தில் ஏறு.” பின்னர் காற்றைப் போன்ற தீவிர வேகமுடைய அந்தக் குதிரைகளை எழுப்பி ஆயத்தப்படுத்தி, தேவர்களில் சிறந்த பிரம்மா மகாதேவரிடம் கூறினார்— “இப்போது நீங்கள் ரதத்தில் ஏறுங்கள்.”
