इत्येतद् वचन श्रुत्वा भारद्वाजस्य सारथि: । प्रत्युवाच ततो द्रोणं सर्वशस्त्रभूतां वरम्
ity etad vacanaṃ śrutvā bhāradvājasya sārathiḥ | pratyuvāca tato droṇaṃ sarvaśastrabhūtāṃ varam ||
இவ்வார்த்தைகளை கேட்டபின், பாரத்வாஜன் புதல்வன் துரோணனின் சாரதி, எல்லா ஆயுததாரர்களிலும் முதன்மையான துரோணனை நோக்கி அப்போது பதிலுரைத்தான்.
