एवमुक्ते तु वचने सूतस्तस्य महामते । निमेषान्तरमात्रेण कृतवर्माणम भ्ययात्,महामते! सात्यकिके ऐसा कहनेपर सारथि पलक गिरते-गिरते रथ लेकर कृतवमकि पास जा पहुँचा
evam ukte tu vacane sūtas tasya mahāmate | nimeṣāntaramātreṇa kṛtavarmāṇam abhyayāt ||
மகாமதியே! அவ்வாறு சொல்லப்பட்டவுடன் அவன் சாரதி கண் இமைக்கும் நேரத்தில் ரதத்தை கிருதவர்மன் அருகே கொண்டு சென்றான்.
