Adhyāya 92: Irāvanta-śoka, punaḥ-pravṛttiḥ saṅgrāmasya
Arjuna’s grief and the battle’s renewed intensity
न हि दुर्योधनो मन्द: पुरा प्रोक्तमबुध्यत । वार्यमाणो मया तात भीष्मेण विदुरेण च
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca |
na hi duryodhano mandaḥ purā proktam abudhyata |
vāryamāṇo mayā tāta bhīṣmeṇa vidureṇa ca |
துருதராஷ்டிரன் கூறினான்—துரியோதனன் உண்மையில் மந்தபுத்தியல்ல; ஆயினும் முன்பு கூறியதை அவன் உணரவில்லை. மகனே! நான், பீஷ்மர், விதுரர் பலமுறை தடுத்தும் அவன் நல்வார்த்தையை ஏற்கவில்லை.
