धृतराष्ट्र-संजय-संवादः — इरावान्-आवन्त्ययोः युद्धम्, घटोत्कच-भगदत्त-संघर्षः, मद्रेश्वर-विक्षेपः

तस्य मन्ये मति: पूर्व सर्वज्ञस्य महात्मन: । आसीद् यथागतं तात येन दृष्टमिदं पुरा
tasya manye matiḥ pūrvaṃ sarvajñasya mahātmanaḥ | āsīd yathāgataṃ tāta yena dṛṣṭam idaṃ purā ||
தாதா! அனைத்தும் அறிந்தவரைப் போன்ற அந்த மகாத்மா விதுரரின் அறிவு இதையெல்லாம் முன்பே உணர்ந்திருந்தது என நான் கருதுகிறேன்; ஏனெனில் இன்று நிகழ்ந்ததை அவர் வெகுநாள்களுக்கு முன்பே கண்டிருந்தார்.
