अफलाकाडुक्षिभियज्ञो 3 विधिदृष्टो य इज्यते । यष्टव्यमेवेति मन: समाधाय स सात््विक:३

Transliteration

aphalākāṅkṣibhir yajño vidhidṛṣṭo ya ijyate | yaṣṭavyam eveti manaḥ samādhāya sa sāttvikaḥ ||

Translation

பலன் வேண்டாமென்று, விதிமுறையின்படி, ‘இது செய்யவேண்டிய கடமை’ என்று மனத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்தி செய்யப்படும் யாகம் சாத்த்விகமானது.
