भीष्मस्य शरवर्षः — Bhīṣma’s Arrow-Storm and Kṛṣṇa’s Impulse to Intervene
अलनम्बुषो रथश्रेष्ठ: श्रुतायुश्न महारथ: । पृष्ठत: सर्वसैन्यानां स्थितौ व्यूहस्य दंशितौ
sañjaya uvāca |
alambūṣo rathaśreṣṭhaḥ śrutāyuś ca mahārathaḥ |
pṛṣṭhataḥ sarvasainyānāṃ sthitau vyūhasya daṃśitau ||
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—ரதவீரர்களில் சிறந்த அலம்புஷனும், மகாரதன் ஸ்ருதாயுவும்—இருவரும் கவசம் தரித்து—முழுப் படையின் பின்னிலும், வியூகத்தின் பின்புறத்திலும் நிலை கொண்டனர்.
