भीष्मस्य शरवर्षः — Bhīṣma’s Arrow-Storm and Kṛṣṇa’s Impulse to Intervene
ततोडन्न्योन्यं प्रधावन्तः सम्प्रहारं प्रचक्रिरे । ततः: शब्देन महता प्रचकम्पे वसुन्धरा
tato ’nyonyaṁ pradhāvantaḥ samprahāraṁ pracakrire | tataḥ śabdena mahatā pracakampe vasundharā ||
பின்னர் இரு தரப்பின் வீரரும் ஒருவர்மேல் ஒருவர் பாய்ந்து, ஆயுதங்களால் கடும் தாக்குதல்களைத் தொடங்கினர். அந்தப் பேரொலியால் பூமியே நடுங்கியது போலத் தோன்றியது.
