प्रज्ञावृक्षं मोक्षफलं शान्तिच्छायासमन्वितम्‌ । ज्ञानाश्रयं तृप्तितोयमन्तःक्षेत्रज्रभास्करम्‌

Transliteration

prajñāvṛkṣaṃ mokṣaphalaṃ śānticchāyāsamanvitam | jñānāśrayaṃ tṛptitoyam antaḥkṣetrajña-bhāskaram ||

Translation

பிராமணன் கூறினான்—அங்கே ஞானமயமான மரம் அழகுற நிற்கிறது; அதில் மோட்சமெனும் கனிகள் காய்கின்றன; அமைதியின் குளிர்ந்த நிழல் பரவி உள்ளது. அறிவே அதன் அடைக்கலம்; திருப்தியே அதன் நீர்; உள்ளே க்ஷேத்ரஜ்ஞன்—ஆத்மா—எனும் சூரியன் ஒளி வீசுகிறது.
