Discourse on Desire, Possessiveness, and Ritual Duty
तस्मात्त्वमपि तं काम॑ यज्ैविविधदक्षिणै: । धर्मे कुरु महाराज तत्र ते स भविष्यति,अतः महाराज! आप भी नाना प्रकारकी दक्षिणावाले यज्ञोंद्वारा अपनी उस कामनाको धर्ममें लगा दीजिये। वहाँ आपकी वह कामना सफल होगी
tasmāt tvam api taṃ kāmaṃ yajñair vividha-dakṣiṇaiḥ | dharme kuru mahārāja tatra te sa bhaviṣyati ||
ஆகையால், மகாராஜா! பலவகை தட்சிணைகளுடன் கூடிய யாகங்களால் உங்கள் அந்த விருப்பத்தை தர்மத்தில் செலுத்துங்கள்; அங்கேயே அது நிறைவேறும்.
