Vṛṣādarbhī–Saptarṣi Dialogue
गणित: पज्चवीर्यश्रु आदित्यो रश्मिवांस्तथा । सप्तकृत् सोमवर्चाश्च विश्वकृत् कविरेव च
gaṇitaḥ pañcavīryaśru ādityo raśmivāṁs tathā | saptakṛt somavarcāś ca viśvakṛt kavir eva ca ||
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—அவர் கணித என அழைக்கப்படுகிறார்; பஞ்சவீர்யஶ்ரு என்றும்; ஆதித்யன், ஒளிமிக்கவன், மேலும் ரஶ்மிவான்—‘கதிர்களால் நிறைந்தவன்’ என்றும். மேலும் சப்தக்ருத், சோமவர்சா, விஶ்வக்ருத்—‘அனைத்தையும் படைப்பவன்’—மற்றும் கவி—‘ஞானத் துறவி’—என்றும் அறியப்படுகிறார்.
