Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
न हि तेजस्विनां शापास्तेज:सु प्रभवन्ति वै । बलान्यतिबल प्राप्य दुर्बलानि भवन्ति वै
na hi tejasvināṃ śāpās tejaḥsu prabhavanti vai | balāny atibalaṃ prāpya durbalāni bhavanti vai ||
தேஜஸுடையோரின் சாபங்கள் தேஜஸுடையோர்மேல் உண்மையில் செயல்படுவதில்லை. அதுபோலவே சாதாரண வலிமைகள்—எத்தனை இருந்தாலும்—மிகு வலிமையுடையவனை எதிர்கொண்டால் பலவீனமாய் விடுகின்றன.
