Cows and Ghee as Supreme Purifiers
स गतस्तस्य तृप्तिं तु गन्धं सुरभिमुद्विरन् । ददर्शोद्वारसंवृत्तां सुरभिं मुखजां सुताम्
sa gatastasyāḥ tṛptiṁ tu gandhaṁ surabhim udviran | dadarśa udvāra-saṁvṛttāṁ surabhīṁ mukhajāṁ sutām ||
அமிர்தத்தை அருந்தி முழுத் திருப்தியடைந்தபோது, அவருடைய வாயிலிருந்து இனிய சுரபி மணம் வெளிப்படத் தொடங்கியது. அந்த மணத்தோடு ‘சுரபி’ என்னும் பசு வெளிப்பட்டது; பிரஜாபதி அவளைத் தன் வாயிலிருந்து பிறந்த மகளாகக் கண்டார்.
