Merit and Destinations from the Gift of Cows
धर्मज्ञ पितामह! यह सब मैं यथावत् रूपसे जानना चाहता हूँ। इसके लिये मेरे मनमें बड़ी उत्कण्ठा है ।।
bhīṣma uvāca | yo vrataṃ vai yathoddiṣṭaṃ tathā sampratipadyate | akhaṇḍaṃ samyag ārabhya tasya lokāḥ sanātanāḥ ||
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—யுதிஷ்டிரா, சாஸ்திரத்தில் எவ்வாறு விதிக்கப்பட்டதோ அவ்வாறே விரதத்தை ஏற்று, முறையாகத் தொடங்கி, இடைவிடாது அఖண்டமாகக் கடைப்பிடிப்பவன்—சனாதனமான உலகங்களை அடைகிறான்.
