Viśvāmitra-janma: Ṛcīka–Satyavatī–Gādhi and the Charu Exchange (विश्वामित्र-जन्म: ऋचीक–सत्यवती–गाधि वृत्तान्तः)
स तुतोष च ब्रद्यार्षिस्तस्या वृत्तेन भारत । छन््दयामास चैवैनां वरेण वरवर्णिनीम्
sa tutoṣa ca brāhmarṣis tasyā vṛttena bhārata | chandayāmāsa caivaināṁ vareṇa varavarṇinīm ||
ஓ பாரதா! அவளுடைய நல்வழக்கத்தால் அந்த பிரம்மரிஷி மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சி அடைந்தார். களிப்புடன் அந்தப் பேரழகியிடம், “நீ விரும்பும் வரத்தைத் தேர்ந்து கேள்; அதை நான் அளிப்பேன்” என்று அருளினார்.
