ब्राह्मणपूजा-राजधर्मः | Royal Duty of Honoring Learned Brahmins
ऑपनआक्राा बछ। अकाल त्रिशो&्थ्याय: वीतहव्यके पुत्रोंसे काशी-नरेशोंका घोर युद्ध
Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | śrutaṃ me mahad ākhyānam etat kurukulodvaha | suduṣprāpaṃ yad bravīṣi brāhmaṇyaṃ vadatāṃ vara ||
யுதிஷ்டிரன் கூறினான்—ஓ குருகுலத்தின் தலைசிறந்தவரே, ஓ பேச்சாளர்களில் சிறந்த பிதாமகரே, உமது வாயிலிருந்து இம்மகத்தான உபாக்யானத்தை நான் கேட்டேன். ஆனால் பிற வர்ணத்தார்க்கு இவ்வுடலிலேயே பிராமணத்துவம் பெறுதல் மிக அரிது என்று நீர் கூறுவது—அதை எவ்வாறு உணர்வது?
