काम्यया पृष्टवांस्त्वं मां ततो व्याह्मतमुत्तमम् । अनतिक्रमणीया सा कृत्स्नौलेकैस्त्रिभि: सदा
Bhīṣma uvāca: kāmyayā pṛṣṭavāṁs tvaṁ māṁ tato vyākhyātam uttamam | anatikramaṇīyā sā kṛtsnair lokais tribhiḥ sadā ||
அறியவேண்டும் என்ற விருப்பத்தால் நீ என்னிடம் இதைக் கேட்டாய்; ஆகவே நான் அதை நன்றாகவும் முழுமையாகவும் விளக்கியேன். பிராமணனின் ஆணை மூன்று உலகங்களின் எல்லா உயிர்களாலும் கூட எப்போதும் மீறப்படாததாகும்.
